Ziti With Olives And Sun-dried Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (16 ounce) package ziti pasta
  • 1/3 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup black greek olives, pitted and sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 anchovy fillets, diced
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic

Recipe

  • cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente.
  • meanwhile, place sun-dried tomatoes, olives, parsley, olive oil, anchovy fillets, and garlic in a large serving bowl.
  • drain pasta. transfer to serving bowl, and toss with the sauce. serve.
