Greek-style Lamb Kebabs With Tzatziki

Ingredients

- 800 g lamb fillets, cubed
- 2 tablespoons dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, crushed

- 200 g plain yogurt
- 1 lebanese cucumber, finely grated
- 1/2 red onion, finely diced
- 1 tablespoon italian parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon mint, chopped
Recipe
- 1 mix marinade ingredients in shallow dish. add lamb, turning to coat thoroughly.
- 2 lightly season, then cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate from 2 hours to overnight - the longer the better.
- 3 preheat grill plate or bbq grill to high.
- 4 thread lamb on skewers and grill for 2 minutes each side (8 mins in total) or until done to your liking.
- 5 meanwhile, combine all tzatziki ingredients in a bowl and lightly season.
- 6 serve alongside kebabs and offer a salad.
