Mini Party Fish Cakes

Total Time: 18 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 8 mins

Ingredients

  • 500 g fish fillets
  • 1 -2 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons chili-garlic sauce
  • 4 spring onions, sliced
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • coriander (to garnish)

Recipe

  • 1 using a food processor, blend fish, oyster sauce, chilli garlic sauce, spring onions and egg until well combined.
  • 2 using hands, form into small patties (about 4cm).
  • 3 heat oil in a frying pan and cook paties until golden brown and cooked through, 2- 3 minutes each side.
