Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets or 4 sea bass
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon soya sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix together all ingredients except the fish.
- 2 pat fish dry and coat with sauce.
- 3 preheat barbeque or broiler and cook fish for 5 minutes on each side.
