Hoisin Glazed Salmon Or Sea Bass

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 salmon fillets or 4 sea bass
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soya sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 mix together all ingredients except the fish.
  • 2 pat fish dry and coat with sauce.
  • 3 preheat barbeque or broiler and cook fish for 5 minutes on each side.
