- 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 12 slices bacon
Recipe
- 1 heat the oven to 375ºf. line a roasting pan with tin foil.
- 2 wrap each thigh fillet with 2 slices of bacon. place in roasting pan.
- 3 bake 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
