Flounder Baked In Brown Butter

Total Time: 27 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 lbs flounder fillets
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • salt
  • 1/4 cup butter

Recipe

  • 1 arrange fish in a single layer ub a greased baking dish.
  • 2 sprinkle with vinegar and salt; dot with butter.
  • 3 bake, basting every 5 minutes with crisp brown butter scraped from the edges of the pan, coating each piece completely.
  • 4 should be finished cooking at about 25-30 minutes.
