Flounder Fillet In Herb Sauce

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 4 celery ribs, chopped fine
- 2 teaspoons onions, minced
- 3 tablespoons butter or 3 tablespoons margarine
- 2 teaspoons dill (or to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon tarragon
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 1/2 cups condensed mushroom soup
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- salt and pepper
- 16 ounces frozen flounder fillets, thawed (or use fresh)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375.
- 2 saute celery and onion in butter until tender.
- 3 add remaining ingredients, except fish, and mix well.
- 4 pour into a shallow 10x16" casserole.
- 5 lay fish fillets in the sauce, spooning some over fish.
- 6 bake for 20-25 minutes.
