Oven "fried" Fish

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 lbs fresh haddock fillets
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or 1/4 cup margarine

Recipe

  • 1 cut fillets into serving-size pieces. dip each in milk , then in mixture of the breadcrumbs, cheese and thyme.
  • 2 place in a single a single layer in an oiled baking dish. drizzle melted butter over fish. bake at 425 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes, until fish flakes easily.
