Oven "fried" Fish

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 lbs fresh haddock fillets
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 cup melted butter or 1/4 cup margarine
Recipe
- 1 cut fillets into serving-size pieces. dip each in milk , then in mixture of the breadcrumbs, cheese and thyme.
- 2 place in a single a single layer in an oiled baking dish. drizzle melted butter over fish. bake at 425 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes, until fish flakes easily.
