Lamb Fillets

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 200 g lamb fillets
  • 2 -3 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 1 small diced carrot
  • 1 pinch garlic
  • 300 g orange juice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • very little pepper

Recipe

  • 1 fly the fillets in oil till golden brown.
  • 2 drain out the oil.
  • 3 add in onions and garlic and fly till soft.
  • 4 add vegetables and fly for about 2-4mins
  • 5 add in the juice, sugar, salt and pepper.
  • 6 simmer under low heat for about 10-15mins.
