Light & Tasty Caesar Dressing

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon stone ground mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated
- 2 anchovy fillets, minced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper, coarsely ground
Recipe
- 1 in a small bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, vinegar, mustard, lemon juice and wrcestershire sauce.
- 2 stir in the cheese, anchovies, garlic and pepper.
- 3 cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
