Great Salmon Fillets

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 lb salmon fillet
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon chef paul prudhommes redfish seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon chef paul prudhommes salmon seasoning

Recipe

  • 1 heat olive oil and butter over medium high heat.
  • 2 season fillets with spices and gently press down on fillets.
  • 3 place in skillet and cook 5 minutes till side, depending on thickness.
