- 1 lb salmon fillet
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon chef paul prudhommes redfish seasoning
- 1 tablespoon chef paul prudhommes salmon seasoning
Recipe
- 1 heat olive oil and butter over medium high heat.
- 2 season fillets with spices and gently press down on fillets.
- 3 place in skillet and cook 5 minutes till side, depending on thickness.
