Ingredients
- 2 ounces red snapper fillets 
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise 
- 1/4 cup softened butter 
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese 
- 3 tablespoons green onions, chopped 
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 425°f. 
- 2 place the fish in a lightly buttered baking dish with skin side down. 
- 3 bake at 425°f for 12 to 15 minutes per inch of thickness. 
- 4 mix all the remaining ingredients together. 
- 5 when fish is cooked through, spread mixture over the top.
