Low-calorie Anchovy Cream

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 -3 anchovy fillets, drained, minced
  • 1 -2 drop hot pepper sauce, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 in blender or food processor, combine all ingredients.
  • 2 blend until smooth.
  • 3 serve hot or cold.
