Low-calorie Anchovy Cream

Ingredients
1 cup low fat cottage cheese
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 -3 anchovy fillets, drained, minced
1 -2 drop hot pepper sauce, to taste
Recipe
1 in blender or food processor, combine all ingredients.

3 serve hot or cold.
