Ingredients
- 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 -3 anchovy fillets, drained, minced
- 1 -2 drop hot pepper sauce, to taste
Recipe
- 1 in blender or food processor, combine all ingredients.
- 2 blend until smooth.
- 3 serve hot or cold.
