Pan Fried Mullet Fillet

Ingredients
- Servings: 5
- 5 large mullet fillets
- 1 lemon
- 5 teaspoons salt
- pepper
- dill
- olive oil
Recipe
- 1 slice the lemon into quarters.
- 2 with half the lemon, marinate the fillets with the juice.
- 3 rub 1tsp salt on each fillet.
- 4 sprinkle a dash of pepper and dill for each fillet.
- 5 leave fillets for 1/2hour.
- 6 heat oil in frying pan on medium heat.
- 7 place fillets skin side down first on the pan and fry for 2mins on each side. drizzle more oil on the fish if necessary.
- 8 when cooked, use the other half of the lemon and drizzle juice over.
- 9 serve hot.
