Pan Fried Mullet Fillet

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 5 large mullet fillets
  • 1 lemon
  • 5 teaspoons salt
  • pepper
  • dill
  • olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 slice the lemon into quarters.
  • 2 with half the lemon, marinate the fillets with the juice.
  • 3 rub 1tsp salt on each fillet.
  • 4 sprinkle a dash of pepper and dill for each fillet.
  • 5 leave fillets for 1/2hour.
  • 6 heat oil in frying pan on medium heat.
  • 7 place fillets skin side down first on the pan and fry for 2mins on each side. drizzle more oil on the fish if necessary.
  • 8 when cooked, use the other half of the lemon and drizzle juice over.
  • 9 serve hot.
