Pan Fried Stir-fried Salmon

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 salmon fillet (cleaned, deboned, and cut into bite sized pieces)
  • 1 garlic clove (diced up)
  • 1/2 carrot (diced)
  • 1 spring onion (diced)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 dried chilies
  • 5 tablespoons oyster sauce

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in a wok or large frying pan.
  • 2 whilst the oil is heating up, cut the chillies in half.
  • 3 add chili and garlic.
  • 4 stir fry for 10 seconds.
  • 5 add salmon, carrots, and salt.
  • 6 stir fry until the salmon is a pinky orange color.
  • 7 add oyster sauce.
  • 8 mix.
