Pan Fried Stir-fried Salmon

Ingredients
- Servings: 2
- 1 salmon fillet (cleaned, deboned, and cut into bite sized pieces)
- 1 garlic clove (diced up)
- 1/2 carrot (diced)
- 1 spring onion (diced)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 dried chilies
- 5 tablespoons oyster sauce
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in a wok or large frying pan.
- 2 whilst the oil is heating up, cut the chillies in half.
- 3 add chili and garlic.
- 4 stir fry for 10 seconds.
- 5 add salmon, carrots, and salt.
- 6 stir fry until the salmon is a pinky orange color.
- 7 add oyster sauce.
- 8 mix.
