Easy Tapenade

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 ounce) can pitted black olives
  • 3 anchovy fillets, rinsed
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tablespoons capers
  • 1 tablespoon basil, slivered
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 thoroughly rinse the olives in cool water.
  • 2 place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor(mini on is just right).¨.
  • 3 process to combine stopping to scrape down sides of bowl until mixture becomes a coarse paste app 1 to 2 minutes.
