Ingredients
- 2 cups fennel, dressing (see link)
- 3 -4 small canned spanish or portuguese anchovy fillets
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 eggs, coddled
- 1/8 lb blue cheese
- salt and pepper
- crouton
Recipe
- 1 place the fennel dressing in a food blender. add the achovies, lemon juice, eggs and bleu cheese. blend for just a moment, and pour over your salad. add salt and pepper. add croutons, and serve.
