- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon minced cilantro
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 4 tilapia fillets
Recipe
- 1 in medium bowl, whisk together oil, lemon juice, cilantro and salt until well blended.
- 2 place fillets in a shallow baking dish and pour marinade over fillets. cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
