I Can't Believe It's Bass!

Total Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 8 bass fillets
  • 1 (12 ounce) can of your favorite beer
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder

Recipe

  • 1 pour 1/2 can beer in a deep skillet (we usually prefer cast iron for this) and bring to a boil.
  • 2 rub garlic on fish fillets and place in skillet.
  • 3 top with remaining beer.
  • 4 simmer gently until fish is cooked through.
