Ingredients
- 8 bass fillets
- 1 (12 ounce) can of your favorite beer
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
Recipe
- 1 pour 1/2 can beer in a deep skillet (we usually prefer cast iron for this) and bring to a boil.
- 2 rub garlic on fish fillets and place in skillet.
- 3 top with remaining beer.
- 4 simmer gently until fish is cooked through.
