Rag Salad Rice

Ingredients
- Servings: 2-3
- 1 cup brown rice
- 1 chopped medium yellow onion
- 2 chopped long green chilies
- 100 g low-fat plain yogurt
- soy sauce
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1/2 cup of greean peas
- 1/2 cup of baked fish fillet (seasoned with soy sauce)
Recipe
- cook rice. blanched corn and green peas. cube baked fish fillet. then just toss everything together. if soy sauce is not salty enough for you, you may add salt.
- let is stand for 1 hour or so in refrigerator. serve chilled.
