Rag Salad Rice

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2-3
  • 1 cup brown rice
  • 1 chopped medium yellow onion
  • 2 chopped long green chilies
  • 100 g low-fat plain yogurt
  • soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup corn
  • 1/2 cup of greean peas
  • 1/2 cup of baked fish fillet (seasoned with soy sauce)

Recipe

  • cook rice. blanched corn and green peas. cube baked fish fillet. then just toss everything together. if soy sauce is not salty enough for you, you may add salt.
  • let is stand for 1 hour or so in refrigerator. serve chilled.
