Rainbow Trout With Honey Mustard

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 fillet rainbow trout
  • fresh cracked pepper
  • 1/4 cup sweet wine
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter substitute
  • 4 tablespoons chopped garlic
  • 1/3 cup honey mustard
  • 2 tablespoons oregano
  • 1/2 cup parmigiano-reggiano cheese
  • 1/2 a lemon

Recipe

  • 1 set the broiler on hi.
  • 2 combine the wine, butter, garlic, mustard, oregano in a bowl and combine.
  • 3 place the four fillets in a glass bowl.
  • 4 add fresh cracked pepper on fish.
  • 5 pour wine mixture over the fish.
  • 6 broil the fish for 5-7 minutes.
  • 7 add the cheese and lemon juice.
  • 8 broil until cheese begins to brown.
