Marinated Salmon Fillets

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 1/2 lbs skinless salmon or 1 1/2 lbs haddock or 1 1/2 lbs orange roughy fillets, fresh or thawed frozen,1 inch thick
  • 1/3 cup bottled italian dressing
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons honey

Recipe

  • 1 rinse fish; pat dry.
  • 2 cut into 6 serving-sized pieces if necessary.

  • 10 grill fish on rack of uncovered grill directly over medium coals 8 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork, turning once and brushing with occasionally with marinade during the first half of cooking.
  • 11 or broil on greased unheated rack of broiler pan, tucking under any thin edges, 4 inches from heat 8 to 12 minutes, turning once and brushing occasionally with marinade for the first half of cooking.
  • 12 discard ant remaining marinade.
