Lemony Salmon (a.k.a. Pink Princess Fish)

Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs salmon fillets 
- 3 tablespoons olive oil 
- 1/3-1/2 cup lemon juice 
- 2 -3 tablespoons salt 
-  pepper 
Recipe
- 1 in a pan heat olive oil over medium-high heat and then add the salmon with half the lemon juice and salt, and some pepper.
