Ingredients

- 2 salmon fillets
- 4 cm piece frensh ginger, grated
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 3 spring onions, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons japanese soy sauce
- 1/2 cup sake
Recipe
- 1 cut the salmon into thin strips, and arrange them in a single layer in a large deep dish.
