Marinated Sea Bass With Cilantro And Ginger

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon or 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon ginger, finely grated
- 1/2 cup cilantro, coarsely chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemons or 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 lbs sea bass fillets or 2 lbs grouper fillets
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together in a shallow non-reactive container.
- 2 marinate fish in mixture for 4 hours, spooning some of the mixture over the fish.
- 3 grill fillets on the grill or on a hot griddle.
- 4 baste with marinade on both sides until fish is cooked. (don't use marinade on cooked fish).
