Ingredients

- 4 frozen fish fillets (i like talapia)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- to taste seafood seasoning
- 4 lemon wedges
Recipe
- 1 heat skillet over medium heat.
- 2 melt butter and oil in pan.
- 3 sprinkle seafood seasoning to taste on both sides of fillets.
- 4 fry on both sides until done (about 3 minutes per side but depends on thickness of fillet).
