Fast Asian Fish

Total Time: 13 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 8 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 (120 g) salmon fillets, skinless (or ocean trout fillets)
  • 1/3 cup light soy sauce
  • 2 cm gingerroot, very finely shredded
  • 1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
  • steamed rice, to serve
  • 4 spring onions, thinly sliced on the diagonal

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the oven to 200°c
  • 2 place fish in a shallow baking dish.
  • 3 combine soy, ginger and sweet chilli sauce, then pour over fish.
  • 4 cover with foil and bake for 8 minutes, or until just cooked through.
  • 5 serve fish on rice, drizzled with sauce and garnished with spring onion.
