Ingredients

- 2 lbs mahi mahi fillets, skinned &, cut into 2-inch by 1-inch pieces
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 limes, juice of
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- lime slice (to garnish)
Recipe
- 1 in a small bowl, mix garlic, lime juice, cumin, and pepper into a paste.
- 2 spread mixture onto fish& let sit for 20 minutes.
- 3 heat oil in a large skillet and saute fish over moderate heat for 8 minutes, turning it over halfway through the cooking time.
- 4 drain onto paper towels.
- 5 serve garnished with lime slices.
