Lamu Style Mahi Mahi

Total Time: 38 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 8 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 lbs mahi mahi fillets, skinned &, cut into 2-inch by 1-inch pieces
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 limes, juice of
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • lime slice (to garnish)

Recipe

  • 1 in a small bowl, mix garlic, lime juice, cumin, and pepper into a paste.
  • 2 spread mixture onto fish& let sit for 20 minutes.
  • 3 heat oil in a large skillet and saute fish over moderate heat for 8 minutes, turning it over halfway through the cooking time.
  • 4 drain onto paper towels.
  • 5 serve garnished with lime slices.
