Oaxacan Grilled Fish - Mexico

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 6 fish fillets
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • sea salt
  • fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 chipotle chiles in adobo, deseeded, deveined, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons adobo sauce, from the chipotles
  • 6 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 6 black peppercorns, ground
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • sea salt

Recipe

  • 1 rub the fish fillets on both sides with the garlic; season with salt and pepper.
