Oaxacan Grilled Fish - Mexico

Ingredients

- 6 fish fillets
- 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
- sea salt
- fresh ground black pepper
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 chipotle chiles in adobo, deseeded, deveined, chopped
- 2 tablespoons adobo sauce, from the chipotles
- 6 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 6 black peppercorns, ground
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- sea salt
Recipe
- 1 rub the fish fillets on both sides with the garlic; season with salt and pepper.
