Ingredients
- 400 g chicken fillets
- 1 orange
- 4 tablespoons vinegar
- 50 g butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
Recipe
- 1 peel the orange, press the juice out and chop the peel.
- 2 cut the chicken fillets in pieces.
- 3 fry the chicken for 5 minutes,.
- 4 add all the other ingredients except the butter, and cook for 15 minutes without lid.
- 5 after cooking, add the butter. serve with rice.
