- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup crushed saltine crackers
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 halibut fillets
- oil (for frying)
Recipe
- 1 in shallow bowl, beat egg and honey.
- 2 in another bowl, mix cracker crumbs, flour, salt, and pepper.
- 3 dip fish in egg, then crumbs.
- 4 in lg skillet heat 1/4 inch oil.
- 5 fry fish on med-hi heat for 3-4 minutes a side.
