Japanese Wasabi Soy Salmon

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon wasabi powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dark sesame oil
  • 2 (6 ounce) boneless skinless salmon fillets
  • cooking spray

Recipe

  • 1 combine soy sauce, wasabi, and sesame oil in a plastic bag or bowl and add fish. marinate for at least 5 minutes or more, turning occasionally to coat.
  • 2 remove fish and keep leftover marinade.
  • 3 spay cooking pan with spray and broil salmon on each side for 2-4 minutes.
  • 4 add remaining marinade and cook for another 2 minutes or until done.
  • 5 serve with pink sushi ginger, brown rice and vegetables (not included in calories).
