Mustard Tarragon Marinated Haddock

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 1 hr Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 lbs haddock fillets
  • 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 3/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon grated onion
  • 1/2-1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon leaves
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • paprika

Recipe

  • 1 in a bowl, whisk the vinegar, oil, mustard, sugar, onion, tarragon and pepper.
