Mustard Tarragon Marinated Haddock

Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs haddock fillets
- 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 3/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon grated onion
- 1/2-1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon leaves
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- paprika
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl, whisk the vinegar, oil, mustard, sugar, onion, tarragon and pepper.
