Chicken In Marmalade Sauce

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 chicken fillets, no skin
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 125 g butter
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons sherry wine
  • 1/3 cup marmalade
  • 1/3 cup orange juice

Recipe

  • 1 mix flour, curry, salt and pepper together in a freezer bag.
  • 2 place chicken in bag and coat all pieces.
