Ginger Salmon Steaks

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 (4 ounce) salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 8 slices limes (optional)
Recipe
- 1 mix butter, soy sauce, garlic and ginger in a bowl.
- 2 heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium high heat.
- 3 add salmon and dot with half the butter mixture.
- 4 cook about 5 minutes or until browned on one side.
- 5 turn, dot with remaining butter and cook another 4-5 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
- 6 garnish with lime slices.
