Ginger Salmon Steaks

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 (4 ounce) salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 8 slices limes (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 mix butter, soy sauce, garlic and ginger in a bowl.
  • 2 heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium high heat.
  • 3 add salmon and dot with half the butter mixture.
  • 4 cook about 5 minutes or until browned on one side.
  • 5 turn, dot with remaining butter and cook another 4-5 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
  • 6 garnish with lime slices.
