Marinated Grilled Salmon

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 25 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 lb salmon fillet
  • 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon tarragon
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

Recipe

  • 1 mix all marinade ingredients together and pour over salmon in a ziplock bag or shallow dish.
  • 2 marinade a minimum of 20 minutes or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  • 3 grill until salmon is opaque and flakey.
