Grilled Fish With Asian-style Marinade

Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 cup green onion
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 lbs tuna steaks or 1 1/2 lbs salmon fillets
Recipe
- 1 combine marinade ingredients in shallow dish.
- 2 add fish and marinate 2 to 6 hours in the refrigerator.
- 3 remove from refrigerator and let sit 20 - 30 minutes while grill preheats.
- 4 place directly over high heat on oiled rack.
- 5 tuna only; after 5 minutes, baste with marinade and turn.
- 6 remove from grill when center-read meat thermometer reads 140°f for tuna or when salmon flakes.
