Honey Curry Ginger Sole

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 sole fillets
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon curry
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • fresh cilantro

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 mix together melted butter, honey, dijon mustard, curry.
  • 3 lightly grease shallow baking dish (i used olive oil).
  • 4 place fillets in baking dish and cover with sauce.
  • 5 bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes.
  • 6 top with cilantro.
  • 7 enjoy!
