Honey Curry Ginger Sole

Ingredients

- 4 sole fillets
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon curry
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- fresh cilantro
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 mix together melted butter, honey, dijon mustard, curry.
- 3 lightly grease shallow baking dish (i used olive oil).
- 4 place fillets in baking dish and cover with sauce.
- 5 bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes.
- 6 top with cilantro.
- 7 enjoy!
