Parmesan Broiled Tilapia

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup fresh parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup smart balance butter spread
  • 3 tablespoons smart beat fat-free mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon mrs. dash table blend seasoning, divided
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 lbs tilapia fillets
  • cooking spray

Recipe

  • 1 in a small bowl, combine the parmesan cheese, butter, mayonaise, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, lemon juice and 1/4 tsp of the mrs. dash. set aside. season the fish with the remaining mrs. dash. add more if desired. preheat the broiler and coat a baking sheet with cooking spray. place the fish on the pan and broil for 3 minutes. turn fish and broil for another 2-3 minutes. spread the cheese mixture on top of the fish and broil until the topping is golden brown.
