Quick Honey Mustard Lamb Stir-fry

Ingredients
- Servings: 2
- 500 g lamb fillets or 500 g other tender lean lamb
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 3 teaspoons liquid honey
- 2 tablespoons oil
Recipe
- 1 slice lamb thinly.
- 2 mix together the honey & mustard.
- 3 marinate the lamb in honey mustard mixture for at least 15-20 minutes.
- 4 heat oil in nonstick wok or pan.
- 5 add meat & stirfry with high heat until cooked, stirring & tossing all the time (5-10 minutes).
- 6 serve with stir fried veggies & rice or potatoes & salad.
