Quick Honey Mustard Lamb Stir-fry

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 500 g lamb fillets or 500 g other tender lean lamb
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 3 teaspoons liquid honey
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Recipe

  • 1 slice lamb thinly.
  • 2 mix together the honey & mustard.
  • 3 marinate the lamb in honey mustard mixture for at least 15-20 minutes.
  • 4 heat oil in nonstick wok or pan.
  • 5 add meat & stirfry with high heat until cooked, stirring & tossing all the time (5-10 minutes).
  • 6 serve with stir fried veggies & rice or potatoes & salad.
