Baked Salmon With Mustard-dill Sauce

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh dill
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped onions
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 lbs center cut salmon fillets, with skin
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
Recipe
- 1 in a small bowl, whisk together the first 4 ingredients.
- 2 add salt and pepper to taste and blend well.
- 3 allow to stand at room temperature for 1 hour.
- 4 lightly grease or oil a baking sheet.
- 5 put salmon, skin side down, on baking sheet.
- 6 sprinkle with garlic, salt and pepper.
- 7 spread with 1/3 cup of sauce.
- 8 bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until just opaque in the center.
- 9 serve with the rest of the sauce.
