Baked Salmon With Mustard-dill Sauce

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh dill
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped onions
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 1/2 lbs center cut salmon fillets, with skin
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic

Recipe

  • 1 in a small bowl, whisk together the first 4 ingredients.
  • 2 add salt and pepper to taste and blend well.
  • 3 allow to stand at room temperature for 1 hour.
  • 4 lightly grease or oil a baking sheet.
  • 5 put salmon, skin side down, on baking sheet.
  • 6 sprinkle with garlic, salt and pepper.
  • 7 spread with 1/3 cup of sauce.
  • 8 bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until just opaque in the center.
  • 9 serve with the rest of the sauce.
