Ingredients

- 2 chicken breast fillets
- 1 -2 onion, diced
- 100 g bean sprouts
- 100 g egg noodles
- dark soy sauce
Recipe
- 1 heat some oil in a pan, a wok is best to use.
- 2 cut the chicken breast into small slices or cubes and cook on a low heat until brown.
- 3 add the beansprouts and cook until soft. then add some soy sauce.
- 4 add the diced onions and cook until transparent.
- 5 lastly add the egg noodles and add soy sauce. cook for 5 minutes and then serve.
