Basic Chicken Chow Mein Recipe

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 chicken breast fillets
  • 1 -2 onion, diced
  • 100 g bean sprouts
  • 100 g egg noodles
  • dark soy sauce

Recipe

  • 1 heat some oil in a pan, a wok is best to use.
  • 2 cut the chicken breast into small slices or cubes and cook on a low heat until brown.
  • 3 add the beansprouts and cook until soft. then add some soy sauce.
  • 4 add the diced onions and cook until transparent.
  • 5 lastly add the egg noodles and add soy sauce. cook for 5 minutes and then serve.
