- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets, skinned
Recipe
- 1 combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl. sprinkle both sides of fish with spice mixture.
- 2 preheat the oven to 450. place fillets in a tray sprayed with pam. cook fillets for 12 - 15 minutes or until done.
