Ginger Lime Tilapia

Total Time: 13 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 8 mins

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces tilapia fillets
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 mix together the lime zest, ginger, paprika, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
  • 2 sprinkle mixture on both sides of each tilapia filet.
  • 3 heat olive oil in a pan. add the fish filets to the pan and cook on medium-high for 4 minutes on each side.
  • 4 sprinkle finished filets with lime juice.
