Pan Fried Pollock

Ingredients
- 6 -8 pollock fillets
- 2 beaten eggs
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon mrs. dash seasoning mix
- 1/4 teaspoon rubbed sage
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse black pepper
- olive oil (for frying)
Recipe
- 1 mix in pie plate the egg and milk.
- 2 mix in pie plate the dry ingredients.
- 3 heat oil for frying.
- 4 coat fillets with egg wash letting excess drip off end.
- 5 coat both sides well with the breading mixture.
- 6 fry until rich brown on one side in hot olive oil.
- 7 flip and cook other side until rich brown.
- 8 drain on paper towels.
