Pan Fried Pollock

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 6 -8 pollock fillets
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon mrs. dash seasoning mix
  • 1/4 teaspoon rubbed sage
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse black pepper
  • olive oil (for frying)

Recipe

  • 1 mix in pie plate the egg and milk.
  • 2 mix in pie plate the dry ingredients.
  • 3 heat oil for frying.
  • 4 coat fillets with egg wash letting excess drip off end.
  • 5 coat both sides well with the breading mixture.
  • 6 fry until rich brown on one side in hot olive oil.
  • 7 flip and cook other side until rich brown.
  • 8 drain on paper towels.
