Almond Encrusted Salmon

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 125 g salmon fillets
  • 1/3 cup almonds, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 put cover the salmon with flour.
  • 2 cover the salmon with almonds, lemon juice, and parsley mix.
  • 3 sprinkle on some salt and pepper.
  • 4 put on a sprayed pan for about 7 min per side until middle of salmon is opaque.
