Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 6 tablespoons dijon mustard
Recipe
- 1 place salmon on a greased broiler pan.
- 2 in a small saucepan, mix butter, honey and mustard.
- 3 simmer until thick and smooth, about 5 minutes.
- 4 spread mixture on salmon.
- 5 bake at 425 degrees for 8 minutes, basting with glaze once or twice.
