- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tablespoons mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon vinegar or 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix all the sauce ingredients together.
- 2 lay the salmon fillet on a foil-lined oven tray and cover in the sauce.
- 3 bake at 350 for about a half an hour.
