Ingredients

- 1 lb fish fillet
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups salsa
- 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400°f.
- 2 rub fillets with oil and place on a lightly greased baking sheet or dish.
- 3 spoon salsa and squeeze lime juice on top of fish.
- 4 bake for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
- 5 top with fresh cilantro.
