Grilled Dill Salmon

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 large salmon fillet (about 2 pounds)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup dill dip
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Recipe

  • 1 heat coals or gas grill.
  • 2 place fish on 24" piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
  • 3 brush salmon with oil and sprinkle with pepper.
  • 4 wrap foil securely around fish.
  • 5 cover and grill fish 4 to 6 inches from medium heat for 20-30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  • 6 mix dill dip with milk until smooth.
  • 7 serve salmon with dill sauce.
